PROJECT SUMMARY

Milliners Wharf is a new residential development, consisting of 261 apartments. SGG Construction carried out work on the three concrete cores of the nine-storey building for the steel frame to be erected around, aswell as all groundworks and drainage. Milliners Wharf is being carried out as part of Manchester City Council's major regeneration scheme of East Manchester, situated directly by Rochdale Canal.
